Hochschule Anhalt KöR
By means of direct professional exchange on valuation-relevant topics or new market developments with the Chair of Real Estate Management at the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, we link theoretical basic building blocks with first-hand practical experience and can thus, on the one hand, take into account information from an additional perspective for the valuation and, on the other hand, provide valuable know-how from the operational area for teaching, e.g. within the framework of the Business Administration / Real Estate Valuation or Real Estate Valuation (M. Sc.) courses of study.
PropTechTools GmbH
The close cooperation with PropTechTools GmbH enables us to actively shape the digital transformation in valuation. Thanks to practically developed modules for the automated creation of the location analysis, a management system for the administration of the order backlog or the independently developed valuation software, we are able to make the operative processes of the valuation significantly more efficient.
HypZert GmbH
Since March 2023, we have been one of a few selected companies to bear the “Approved by HypZert” seal of quality, which certifies our compliance with particularly high quality standards and our professional expertise vis-à-vis our customers and clients. HypZert GmbH is the leading certification body for real estate valuers in the financial sector. In addition to AppCon AG as a company, many of our employees also hold a personal certification (HypZert S/F/M), which underlines our distinctive expertise in financial real estate valuation.
