4.4.0Who we are looking for
For the development of our company we are looking for working students with the following profile at all locations (Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Oldenburg, Rösrath/Cologne, Stuttgart) at the earliest possible date:
- Degree in real estate management, real estate appraisal, architecture, or economics
- practical experience is desirable
- Initiative, commitment and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of modern office communication
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
4.4.1Your tasks
- Support in the processing of valuation reports
- Analysis of documents (e.g. land registers)
- Support in portfolio evaluations
- Participation in object inspections
- Preparation of location and competitor analyses
- Collection and processing of market reports
