4.4.0Who we are looking for
For the development of our company we are looking for appraisers for the valuation of developed and undeveloped properties with the following profile at all locations (Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Oldenburg, Rösrath/Cologne, Stuttgart) at the earliest possible date:
- Certification according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 (e.g. HypZert) or real estate business or real estate technical degree
- Existing professional experience in real estate valuation/management
- Confident handling of industry-relevant valuation software as well as common MS Office applications
- Distinct ability to work in a team as well as target- and customer-oriented way of working
- High degree of independence and IT affinity
4.4.1Your tasks
- Preparation and plausibility check of market and mortgage lending value appraisals for developed and undeveloped properties
- Quality assurance of the prepared products
- Collection and analysis of valuation-relevant market data
- Cooperation in portfolio valuations
- Support in the development of a growing business
